Adult Social Care survey 2012

What is the survey?

The Adult Social Care Survey is run by the NHS Information Centre. It aims to:

  • see how happy people are with their care and support

  • assess their experiences of local care services.

The questionnaire will take about twenty minutes to complete.

What is the survey for?

The results will be used by the Care Quality Commission, the Department of Health and Nottinghamshire County Council to improve services.

When is the survey happening?

Questionnaires will be sent out to a random selection of people receiving services the week starting 23 January 2012. This includes people who may be living in a care home, receiving a personal budget, getting equipment from us, using meals on wheels or going to a day centre.

Do I have to fill in the survey?

You don’t have to fill it in but to stop us sending you a reminder please send the blank survey back in the envelope provided.
