Our apologies to all customers who are having problems
accessing their Hotmail account from our public access
computers.
Hotmail was updated at the end
of last year and as a result there have been compatibility problems when using
Hotmail on our computers which work on Windows XP and Internet Explorer
7.We are looking to upgrade all our
computers to Windows 7 and the latest version of Internet Explorer. However,
with a network of over 500 computers this may take some time, we hope to have it
completed before the end of March 2012.
How to access Hotmail
In the
mean time there is a work around that allows you to access
Hotmail.
Go to www.windowslive.co.uk/hotmail
Half way down the window it says "Already have HOTMAIL? sign
in". Click on this link and sign into Hotmail as normal.
