When you are busy either looking after a new baby or dealing with the
emotional difficulties that come with bereavement, our Registration Services
can help you with informing those local and central government departments who
need to be notified of your change in circumstances.
The 'Tell Us Once' service is provided straight after the registration
of a birth or death, so you won't even need to leave the register office, and
it will reduce the amount of time you will need to spend contacting these
government departments individually. View the 'Tell Us Once' Posters [pdf]
When you call 08449 80 80 80 to book an appointment to register a birth
or death you will be provided with further details about the 'Tell Us Once'
service.
