All requests for information will be dealt with in the order in which they are received and the team has a ten working day response for any written correspondence (including e-mail).
Viewing records of adopted roads
Records of adopted roads are available for inspection. If you would like to view our records you can do so in person by appointment. Please contact the Highway Searches team using the contact details above. As space is limited within the office, appointments ensure room to view information comfortably and means we can locate plans prior to your visit, providing a faster service.
Appointment times are:
8.45am - 9.30am
9.30am - 10.15am
10.15am - 11.30am
2.00pm - 2.45pm
2.45pm - 3.30pm
