Pavement cafe licence

Changes from 2 April 2012

From Monday 2 April, we took over dealing with all applications for pavement cafe licences, including applications from Mansfield, Ashfield and Broxtowe.

If you wish to operate a pavement cafe within the highway you will require a licence. This page contains guidance on how to apply for a licence, along with photographs showing good practice.
